About The Role
International Services, Inc.in Arlington Heights, IL seeks Maintenance & Mail Supervisor. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the company’s vehicle fleet repairs and maintenance. Oversee the headquarters building cleaning, repair and maintenance. Oversee final transmittal and reception of office mail. Coordinate and serve as point of contract for USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon services for all mail services. Coordinate and serve as the point person for all maintenance vendors and contractors. Manage invoices and payment on behalf of company for all repairs, maintenance and mailing services. Supervising employees and vendors for all corporate locations. Supervising the cleaning and maintaining offices, warehouses, and grounds. Interfacing with corporate directors regarding space allocations. Designing new office space, minor demolition and construction, operation of all manner of sanitation equipment. Purchasing furniture for corporate executive housing and maintenance of 15-20 corporate apartments. Corporate automobile fleet responsible (20-30 vehicles), including vans, pick-up trucks, passenger and utility vehicles. Supervise staff transportation of newly hired employees to and from various training venues. Setting up pick-up and delivery schedules. Responsible for racking erection, clock maintenance, garage door operations, fire marshal inspections and staffing of warehouses. Facility maintenance during inclement weather events, coordinating snow plowing, sidewalk and parking lot salting, heating and AC units, roof leaks, painting of common areas and private offices. Supervise and assist in elaborate holiday decoration. Report on attendance. Must possess 5 years van driving experience. Must also have experience with (i) supervising employees and vendors; (ii) cleaning and maintaining offices, warehouses, and grounds; (iii) corporate automobile fleets including vans, pick up trucks and passenger and utility vehicles; (iv) setting up pick-up and delivery schedules; (v) racking erection, clock maintenance, garage door operations, fire marshal inspections and staffing of warehouses; and (vi) facility maintenance during inclement weather events, coordinating snow plowing, sidewalk and parking lot salting, heating and AC units, roof leaks, painting of common areas and private offices. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Salary: $70,741/year
