ISI has blanket employee dishonesty coverage in force for the protection of Client, issued by HUB International and underwritten by Chubb Insurance, in the amount of US$2,000,000.

The Site and any general information provided on it are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ISI does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separately signed services agreement, which will govern liability for engaged Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ISI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

ISI reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
